I believe it is apples fault for having such as expensive add ons on free child games however parents should be more wary of apps and what is going on when their child is using them
I think the parent is partially to blame, this is because she had not secured her bank account correctly. However it is also the game developers fault as they have charged such a large sum of money without any conformation.
No parent should let a 6 year old near a £400 IPad anyway,parents fault.
